We celebrated our annual Star Awards night on the 11th October, 2024. Staff from our 24 Nursing Homes and Homecare business, Manor Homecare came together to celebrate the hard work and dedication our team pours into delivering the highest quality of care to residents and clients every single day.
Employees got a chance to vote for their colleagues based off our group values; A Taste For Life, Thirst To Learn, Commitment To Humanity and Spirit of Mutual Aid.
The response was amazing, with over 8,600 votes and 1,700 individuals nominated across our 24 nursing homes and homecare service. After much deliberation, the nominations were narrowed down to 135 finalists, and our panel of judges had a difficult task of selecting 45 winners.
