Last week, we proudly launched our Menopause Champion Programme across emeis Ireland 💕
As part of our She@emeis programme, this initiative supports a more open and inclusive workplace where menopause is understood, respected, and supported. With over 73% of our workforce being female, we recognise the importance of addressing women’s health in the workplace.
Through dedicated Menopause Café spaces and trained champions across every region, we are creating safe environments for conversation, connection, and support, while also playing our part in helping to address the gender health gap.
Together, we’re building a culture of awareness, dignity, and support.
